Processing Time

Original artwork: Ships within 5–10 business days
Prints: Ships within 3–7 business days
Custom or made-to-order pieces: Processing times may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (such as USPS or UPS)
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International orders: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

Packaging

Original paintings are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage
Prints are shipped in protective sleeves with backing or in sturdy mailing tubes

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so I can assist in filing a claim with the carrier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
